Lateral Link is assisting a sophisticated, mid-sized litigation firm in Santa Fe and Las Cruces that is seeking associates with a minimum of two (2) years experience to join its fast-paced practice. Medical malpractice and/or insurance experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be comfortable with all aspects of litigation, in particular case assessment, discovery and depositions, and mediation. Associates get tremendous experience and mentorship from former AmLaw partners, and this is a partner-track position. Compensation varies based on experience but starts at $105,000, plus quarterly and annual bonuses, and full benefits. A candidate with directly applicable experience may be able to earn a higher base salary. New Mexico bar required.
